At Credicorp Capital, we are looking for an exceptional talent to join us as a Wealth Management Operations Analyst. Native-level English is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
Open accounts (individual, joint, and corporate, including margin accounts).
Manage ACATS, journals, free deliveries, free receives, wire transfers, and other asset movement requests for existing clients.
Instruct both external (wire transfers) and internal (journals) transfers from Credicorp Capital US accounts.
Consult with Operations to determine if assets can be held at Pershing before reception and confirm to the banker which assets can be received.
Gather supporting documents sent by the client.
Complete account opening forms.
Follow up until assets arrive at or leave Pershing.
Submit all documentation to the Onboarding team.
Request the Operations team to update the cost basisof received positions correctly and track progress.
Execute investment orders for the team (mutual funds, ETFs, stocks, structured notes, alternative investment funds), including preparing subscription documentation for semi-liquid funds.
Prepare investment positions (retrieved from NetX360) in the required format, as well as activity reportsand on-demand account statementsfor bankers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields.
Native-level English is mandatory.
Ideally, 1 year of experienceas an analyst in a bank or multi-family office in a similar role.
Intermediate knowledge of financial investmentsand the Wealth Management industry.
Willingness to obtain FINRA’s Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
